YAMAS! is an authentic Greek & Cypriot dairy brand that brings the excitement of the Mediterranean to the table. Our dairies have a passion & love for their cheeses and have spent years refining their craft. The YAMAS! range is a celebration of authenticity, natural ingredients and great taste.
YAMAS! represents a range of PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and authentic products, which are carefully selected and created using traditional processes and locally sourced ingredients. The range and products are available in a variety of formats and sizes.

Yamas! Range
FETA
Feta is a white cheese with a distinctive salty taste and crumbly texture. Did you know? Feta has a PDO status and therefore can only be made to a specific recipe, in a certain area of Greece with selected milk.
YAMAS! Feta is made from a mixture of sheep and goat’s milk to give it that distinctively delicious and creamy taste.
Available in packs of 100g, 150g, 200g, and 900g.
HALLOUMI
Halloumi is a traditional Cypriot cheese that is known for its enticingly squeaky texture. It’s super on-trend with its ‘heat and eat’ qualities, high in protein, and a firm favourite to serve as a vegetarian alternative to meat.
Halloumi is currently made to a Cypriot PDO recipe from cow, sheep & goat’s milk. This gives the cheese the perfect balance and deliciously savoury taste.
Available in packs of 200g, 225g, 250g, 500g, and 1kg.
HALLOUMI FRIES
Halloumi fries, the pre-cut frozen fries that will liven up any menu. Deep fry from frozen in a few minutes for a lovely caramelised exterior and a distinctively squeaky centre. Perfect with a variety of dips and dishes. Perfect to share … or not!
YAMAS! Halloumi fries are available in coated and uncoated formats.

GREEK YOGURT
Greek yogurt is a staple in many Greek diets, and can be used in a variety of ways with both sweet and savoury dishes. Loaded with natural protein and a thick creamy texture, this strained (straggisto) yogurt is both healthy and indulgent and a perfect kitchen staple.
YAMAS! Greek Yogurt is made from the freshest milk, collected and processed within 24 hours.

SAGANAKI
A Greek speciality! Did you know ‘Saganaki’ literally means ‘little pan’ in Greek? Saganaki is a cheese named after the pan in which it is cooked. Sautéed in a little oil, the surface of the cheese caramelises yet the middle becomes melty and delicious.
YAMAS! Saganaki is the Greek alternative to halloumi, used for both sweet and savoury dishes – a real culinary experience, why not give it a try?

HALLOUMI BURGER SLICES
Halloumi shaped into burgers is the perfect vegetarian alternative at any BBQ or on any menu. Not only can these squeaky little delights be topped like a normal burger, why not add them to a beef burger for the perfect stack.

GRILLING CHEESE WITH CHILLI
YAMAS! Grilling Cheese with Chilli is a sensational cheese that packs a whole new dimension of flavour! Pairing the squeaky texture of Grilling Cheese with a spicy twist, great to entice those who dare to spice it up a little.
YAMAS! Grilling Cheese with Chilli is fantastic cubed and served as croutons on top of your favourite dish. Perfect vegetarian alternative.

HALLOUMI SLICES
Add a bit of convenience with YAMAS! Halloumi Slices, the perfect balance of taste and texture in a portion controlled format. Halloumi is a perfect meat substitute, it is high in protein with a unique texture, and a firm favourite with vegetarians.
Made with the perfect balance of cow, sheep, and goat’s milk, simply fry for a couple of minutes on each side until the outside is caramelised, and add to your dish.

ORGANIC FETA & HALLOUMI
Elevating our offering the YAMAS! range boasts organic options for both feta & halloumi.
YAMAS! Organic Feta is made from a blend of organic Greek sheep and goat’s milk.
YAMAS! Organic Halloumi is made from a blend of organic Cypriot cow, sheep, and goats milk.

REDUCED FAT OPTIONS
For those looking for a healthier lifestyle, the YAMAS! range boasts reduced fat options for both feta & halloumi. Due to the product status with PDO, the reduced fat alternatives cannot carry the same names.
YAMAS! Reduced Fat Greek Salad Cheese with 50% less fat than traditional feta.
YAMAS! Reduced Fat Grilling Cheese with 30% less fat than traditional halloumi.
