How it’s made

Our labneh is crafted in Greece using pasteurised cow’s milk, in a process that involves straining yogurt to create this rich and creamy product that is high in protein, with lower fat and calories than a typical cream cheese.

Traditionally made with sheep or goat’s milk in some regions, our labneh is produced using cow’s milk for a taste that everyone will love.
