Taste & Texture
Mild, creamy, and wonderfully buttery!
Brie has a mild, creamy, and nutty flavour which intensifies when baked, adding a delightful buttery note. The rind offers a slightly tangy and earthy flavour that pairs beautifully with the creamy and nutty interior.
The cheese’s texture is soft, creamy, and often runny, depending on its ripeness. When baked, Brie becomes even softer, creamier, and gooier – more so than Camembert, thanks to its higher butterfat content. The rind has a velvety texture, providing a pleasing contrast to the soft interior.
Brie is often best served at room temperature on a cheeseboard or in a cold sandwich, a fresh salad, or even with honey or fruits. It can also be enjoyed hot, giving it that wonderfully gooey texture, perfect as a cheesy dip, an ingredient for creamy pasta sauces, or in a panini or quiche.

How it’s made
Expertly crafted for that signature softness.
Our Brie is crafted from pasteurised cow’s milk, along with salt, lactic ferments, culture, and microbial rennet. Like Camembert, the microbial rennet used in our Brie is vegetarian-friendly.
Our Brie is aged for several weeks to develop its unique flavour following the salting and moulding process. It’s then carefully prepared into the desired sizes for our retailers, restaurants, and manufacturers.
