Taste & Texture
Squeaky, salty, and caramelised to perfection!
Our Halloumi Burger slices offer that distinctive salty, tangy flavour that halloumi is known for.
When uncooked, it has that unique squeaky, firm texture, but when grilled or fried, the magic happens! The outside caramelises to a delicious golden brown, while the inside remains soft and delightfully squeaky.
This format is primarily enjoyed hot, making it an ideal ‘meat’ alternative in burgers. Its unique texture and salty tang offer a delicious contrast to juicy patties and fresh toppings.

How it’s made
Our Halloumi Burgers are created in Cyprus following a time-honoured recipe and processes. Made to PDO requirements since 2021, this halloumi uses a blend of cow, sheep, and goat’s milk. The product always sees the addition of mint, included either as flakes or a whole mint leaf within the centre of the cheese.
Halloumi achieves its unique firm texture and high melting point thanks to a specific cooking process used during its production. This specific format provides convenient pre-cut burger slices, ready for you to cook and enjoy.
