About RAGAZZI!
RAGAZZI! is an informal phrase used in Italy to greet and address a group of people, just like we’d say ‘hey guys!’. So we say RAGAZZI!, come and discover our new range of Italian cheese!
Our RAGAZZI! cheeses are carefully selected and supplied from our partner dairies across Italy. They have a passion & love for their cheeses and have spent years refining their craft so we can bring the food heritage of Italy to your table.
The RAGAZZI! Range
The RAGAZZI! range consists of five delicious products.

Parmigiano Reggiano Wedge
Also known as the ‘King of Cheese’ in Italy, RAGAZZI! Parmigiano Reggiano wedge is matured for a minimum of 18-months, to give a delicate, but full flavoured taste profile.
RAGAZZI! Parmesan is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) product and produced in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy, with its rind branded with the distinctive identifying marks signifying the quality of the cheese.

Parmigiano Reggiano Grated
RAGAZZI! Parmigiano Reggiano is also available in a convenient to use grated format. These convenient resealable pouches are rich and versatile, perfect for finishing any dish.
RAGAZZI! Grated Parmesan is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) product and produced using traditional methods in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy.

Mozzarella Ball
RAGAZZI! Mozzarella is universally loved for its fresh and creamy taste. The classic ball can be used for a range of dishes but is ideal for topping salads and pizza.
Also suitable for vegetarians, RAGAZZI! Mozzarella uses fresh, pasteurised cow’s milk and is produced using the traditional pasta filata method.

Mozzarella Pearls
RAGAZZI! Mozzarella also comes in convenient bitesize pearls. Creamy & refreshing, they are perfect whether eaten hot or cold – simply add to pizza, pasta, or salads.
