We have said it before, our Param Paneer is a great source of protein and a brilliant vegetarian alternative for any tasty dish. With the ability to absorb spices and flavours to the maximum, Paneer makes a good dish to carry any flavour combination you can think of.
For 2020 Street food was a big emerging food trend, combining flavours and flexitarian eating into menus in the UK.
Our Technical Administrator Megan blew us away with the simplicity, yet super fresh taste of this beautiful dish.
To make Megan’s Honey Siracha Paneer, place a lightly oiled pan over a medium heat and add the chopped Paneer. Whilst the Paneer browns, whisk together some two table spoons of siracha chilli sauce (double it for an extra kick), one tablespoon of dark soy sauce, a tablespoon and a half of honey, one tablespoon of rice vinegar and one clove of chopped garlic. Once the Paneer is browned add the sauce so the Paneer is covered. Once the sauce has thickened, remove and enjoy.
Megan’s big tip is to serve with a fresh green salad, flat bread and a cool yogurt dip.
